PDF software terms
You are buying one software-generated PDF download for the document you prepare. The price is $3.99 plus any tax calculated at checkout. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Your document
You must have permission to upload and process its contents. Review the preview before purchasing and check the output before relying on it. Templates are editable starting points, not legal, financial or professional advice.
Digital delivery
Once payment is verified, the clean PDF can be downloaded from your private document link for 30 days from purchase. Save the file and the link. No printing, envelopes, postage, Certified Mail, delivery tracking or physical fulfilment are included.
Payment and refunds
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles payment, receipts and applicable sales taxes. See our refund policy for requests within 14 days.
