MailedRight provides PDF-generation software. We process the file or text you submit to create your document and preview.

Data we use

Your uploaded PDF or letter text, the generated files, a private access token, page count and a hashed IP address for abuse limits. Draft text may remain in your browser only when a feature explicitly saves it. This browser remembers the private link to the last document you generate or open for checkout, so you can return to it. Use “Forget this link on this device” on the generator to remove that browser copy.

Paddle processes checkout details, payment, receipts and taxes. We receive transaction references, payment status, currency and amount. The payment integration does not send your document contents to Paddle, and we do not receive card numbers.

Storage and retention

Files are stored privately on our Vultr hosting. Unpurchased previews and files are normally removed after 48 hours. Files associated with a pending checkout may be retained until its payment or cancellation status is confirmed, so a completed payment can still be fulfilled. Purchased files are available for 30 days from payment. Payment and event records may be retained for accounting, refunds and support after files expire.

We do not sell your documents, use them for advertising, train AI models on them or send them to a print-and-mail provider as part of this product.
