PDF purchase refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of buying a PDF. Contact contactjensennow@gmail.com or use the support details on your Paddle receipt, with the transaction reference and a description of the issue.

If the software cannot produce a usable PDF, we will help resolve the problem or arrange a refund. Approved refunds go through Paddle to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

A refunded document loses access to the clean download. You do not need to cancel a postal order because this product contains no printing or physical delivery. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
